Since the 2019 school year, we have reached the school standard of 12 classes. Besides Focus on the duty of teaching students, the complex administrative work is a heavy burden for teachers. Schools often show a serious shortage of manpower in curriculum arrangement and administrative execution. Under this situation, the quality of school education is often greatly compromised. It also undermines students’ right to receive an education. Members of the organization also affect administrative efficiency due to confusion in their work roles. It is necessary to reorganize the current organization.

It is necessary to reorganize the current organization.
Based on the above and considering the current structure of the school’s faculty, the school plans to reorganize four groups of teaching research and development group, data equipment group, life training group, and sports hygiene group under the teaching department from the 2020 school year.
Together with the original general affairs office and counseling room, an administrative organization consisting of 2 departments, 1 room, 2 directors, and 5 team leaders is formed. The scale of the administrative organization after the reorganization is shown in Figure 1.
